124th CHURCH ANNIVERSARY

REUNION SERVICE AND DEDICATION OF 

NEW HYMN BOOKS!

We celebrate 124 years from the first service (21 February 1892) and the 120th anniversary of the opening and dedication of our stately late-Victorian building (predates the Clydebank Town Hall and Library)!


The preacher will be the Rev Alexander Cairns, Minister of Morison Memorial 1962 to 1981. 


We will also dedicate CH4 hymnbooks and give thanks to the service of the Congregational Praise books as we retire them from use.


4 March, 2pm: World Day of Prayer ecumenical service @ Central Church, Dunmore St


ALL AGE SERVICE AND MOTHER’S DAY:

We invite children young and old (but particularly the young ones) 6 March, 11.45am as we continue our church anniversary. We will talk about the meaning of the Lord’s Supper and “hospitality”, and share Communion together.



-LENT BIBLE STUDY: Saturdays at 11am in Essenside URC. Five sessions connecting some of the themes in the movie "The King's Speech" (fear, discouragement and determination, courage and calling) with the Bible and our lives.
